Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I have a strong foundation in real estate sharing with my clients a comprehensive outlook of the Dallas Metroplex. I distinguish myself from others in the field since I was exposed to real estate at an early age; my father was a successful home builder in the area for 50+ years with over 3,000 custom homes built and sold. Throughout my life, I have been part of real estate and now I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Texas. My focus and specialty has been as a Buyers Agent for Veterans in the entire DFW metroplex but I am also very well rounded in many other aspects of Real Estate including working with listings, first time home buyers, relocations, condos/townhomes, land, farm/ranch even rentals. I am also experienced working with many types of financing including VA, FHA, Conventional, Owner Financing, Short Sales and even Assumable loans. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and am continuously fine tuning my skills.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University, and pursued a career in the hospitality industry with Expedia, Inc. After 10 solid years of gaining skills in negotiation, sales and customer service working in the corporate world, I returned to my real estate roots full-time in 2011. Now I am able to use all of those skills as well as my insight of the real estate market, knowledge and experience gained through closing all types of home transactions including my specialty in VA, to become the best resource to help my clients buy and sell homes.
